Although I’m in Jacksonville, Florida, the Fall season as I recall from my life in Maryland, hasn’t showed up yet (mid-80s here in JAX), my seasonal clock is tired of salads and desires comfort foods. How about you? I found this GF Gnocchi once but still looking for this Gnocchi (potato) that is Gluten-Free. I have a company inviting recipe that I am craving without inviting company – Yummy. I’ve found a GF recipe for making my own Gnocchi but I am not up to this adventure yet. The Gnocchi I found was in the regular pasta section in a shrink wrapped package.
If you are interested in this delicious recipe – it’s not my recipe – probably clipped out of a magazine, just send me an email at gfadventures1@gmail.com.
What is Gnocchi?
Gnocchi is a varied family of dumplings in Italian cuisine. It is made of small lumps of dough composed of semolina (Oh no!), ordinary wheat flour (Definitely no!) , egg, cheese, potato, breadcrumbs (Again no!), cornmeal or similar ingredients, and possibly including herbs, vegetables and other ingredients.
… So finding the Gluten-Free Gnocchi is important and necessary.
