Lazy Lasagna – Monday Convenience

I like to cook but even before being gluten-free, I attempted to make Lasagna just once. You notice that I said “attempted” as it was sloppy but edible and good but not great. Getting the ingredients which seemed expensive to me at the time and the laboring number of steps and long bake time, I came to the conclusion that purchasing a frozen version of lasagna was preferable. Being gluten-free, I can still enjoy lasagna teamed with a green salad!
