While in Paris, France, with family this extended holiday season, they had moved to a new area in Paris. Previously I knew exactly the best place to find a large selection of gluten-free foods. However, I found a small grocery store in the new neighborhood where I purchased some gluten-free bread so I could enjoy sandwiches too. This delicious bread product, Gerblé, was not familiar to me. The bread was also different from the usual loaf of very small GF breads wherein a slice of cheese is bigger than the slice of bread. This bread is as large as a traditional/wheat bread slice if not wider. In other words, I cut this slice of bread in half and a slice of cheese fits on the half. If you see this Gerblé bread, it is worth a try. I brought one package back from Paris and will certainly buy it again!
