It’s coming soon! Mardi Gras is French for “Fat Tuesday” that reflects the practice of the last night of eating rich, fatty foods before the ritual Lenten sacrifices and fasting of the Lenten season begins.

March 1, 2022 is “Fat Tuesday” but note the celebration runs from February 23 to March 1, 2022. Mardi Gras and Carnival are used interchangeable denotes parties and parades. They are colorful with costumes and beads! Included during this season is the famous “King Cake” – These cakes are not generally gluten-free.
