Brrrr … Time to turn on the oven to bake and add heat to the house too! Even North Florida got a couple of days in a row of freezing cold nights. Comfort foods, besides stews, casseroles and breads, include pastas such as Lasagne. This was a pleasant surprise to find homemade lasagne by Barilla. I haven’t used it yet as I have always been intimidated by preparing lasagne. For the non-bakers, there are many prepared gluten-free lasagnes on the market that taste decent in the frozen food aisle.
I will give this lasagne a try but make their recipe my own. I will show it – if it is not too much of a disaster.
