For most of us, blueberry muffins are an all time favorite. Blueberries are nutritious for our healthy state. Muffins are generally easy to make and bake. When you don’t have the inclination to make them yourself from scratch, there are wonderful gluten-free blueberry muffins mixes requiring the addition of a few ingredients such as milk, water or eggs. Then bake as directed on the package. This goodie I am presenting today was found labeled as discontinued in my local grocery store. I will enjoy these Martha White Blueberry muffins soon. There are other gluten-free muffins mixes on the store shelves, prepared muffins in the freezer section and occasionally freshly baked in the bread section. Hmmm – can’t you smell these freshly baked muffins right out of the oven with butter or honey! I sure can.
