Easier for GF shopping is many stores have specially designated gluten-free sections. To further enhance the GF shopping experience some stores have GF icons, sometimes color coded, on the grocery shelves or in the freezer.
Knowledge is power and I still suggest you read the packaging or labels as sometimes products are misplaced under GF. Of course, if in doubt about whether the food is GF, go without until you can properly investigate it for yourself. Yeah! Gluten-Free has shown itself!
