At the bakery at my nearby Publix store desiring a freshly baked gluten-free anything, I met a new member of the gluten-free community, a young woman, Kelly, who worked in that bakery department. Kelly told me that she was only two months into the process of learning about being gluten-free and felt lost. She was quite familiar with the few gluten-free bakery items that existed there. She showed me several things there I was unfamiliar with and will feature those goodies on this blog later. I personally invited her to visit my blog. My blog is designed to help those new to being gluten-free and those who desire more information.
Kelly introduced me to a new Gluten-Free Lemon Cake that I have since purchased several times; and it is responsible for the extra pounds I am carrying (smile). It is beyond delicious. It is company ready and your guests will not know that it is gluten-free. It is worth the purchase and a great alternative to chocolate. It is light and summertime perfect!
