Posted by I like purple and multi-colored carrots. I like veggies and I really like these vegan entrees by Purple Carrot. They are gluten-free vegan; 100% plant-based and 100% delicious. I agree especially about being delicious. A great lunch and or dinner entree with crusty bread and a green salad perhaps.
So far I found three (3) flavors – (1) Maple Chipotle Veggie Bowl; (2) Sweet Corn. Elote Bowl; and (3) Fiesta Pepper Bowl. I look for them everywhere I shop and I will update you on these places. However, feel free to add your comment of where you find them.
