Yeah, I found the gluten-free sweet bread by Canyon Bakehouse called Hawaiian Sweet. It is reminiscent of those other sweet rolls and breads that I have long missed. This bread is a whole grain, dairy, soy & nut free! The bread was not too sweet yet very tasty. While it is in the fresh bread department instead of frozen, it lasted quite a while in the refrigerator. Toasted it was still fresh tasting. Near the end, I used it to make french toast. It soaked up eggs and cinnamon to be delicious. At the end of its life, I cubed it and sautéed it with garlic seasonings to make croutons. I used every slice over a period of 10 days!
While I will still bake my own gluten-free breads, when I don’t want to, I have a good alternative with
Canyon Bakehouse called Hawaiian Sweet. Try It!
